Born on July 16, 1960, in Warsaw, he graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts, but it was his role as the presenter of Teleexpress that brought him nationwide recognition and the affection of viewers. He continues to host the program to this day, with only a short break, becoming one of the most beloved faces of Polish Television.
In parallel, he has been successfully developing his career as an expert in public speaking and communication for many years. He conducts trainings, workshops, and lectures for companies, leaders, and media professionals. In his coaching, he combines stage experience with extensive on-camera practice – teaching others how to speak with confidence, authenticity, and class.
He is the author of three books on public speaking – including the latest, “Stress-Free Speaking”, which has been highly acclaimed in both business and academic circles.
Maciej also co-hosts the podcast “W związku” with Paulina Koziejowska – available on YouTube and Spotify – where they discuss various aspects of relationships with invited experts. The podcast has gained high reach and popularity, consistently appearing in Spotify rankings.
Although his professional journey began in theater, film, and TV series, today he focuses on journalism, live speaking engagements, and media education.
